How to convert holiday shoppers with email campaigns on Klaviyo

#1. Engaged leads who haven't purchased yet
Look at who signed up to your email list in the last 90 days but hasn't placed an order yet. Send them another Welcome offer/discount or if you're set up to send free samples, go for that (but I know this isn't the case for most of you).

Guide them toward your bestsellers, or the one product most customers start with in your range.
Segment definition:
If someone is in a list Person is in Newsletter
AND
If someone can or cannot receive marketing Person can receive email marketing
AND
If someone has done (or not done) Subscribed to LIst at least once in the last 90 days
AND
What someone has done (or not done) Placed Order zero times over all time.
#2. Holiday first-time buyers
Look at people who placed their first order with you over Christmas. Get them to purchase again.
Hey FIRSTNAME, you're going to love this! Become an insider by joining our loyalty program. Here's what it's all about. How it works... CTA is CREATE ACCOUNT then include a little story about the brand.
OR
If you don't have a loyalty program, send them £X to spend on their next order. This is where it's handy to know what kind of offers your audience love, choose either % off or £ off for a limited time, say 14 days or 7.

AND
If someone can or cannot receive marketing Person can receive email marketing
AND
What someone has done (or not done) Has Placed Order zero times before 11/15/2023
AND
What someone has done (or not done) Placed Order equals 1 over all time
#3. Easy Up-Sells
Think about your brand specifically and which products compliment your bestsellers. Who purchased X but not Y?
Send them a campaign about a product that nicely complements their purchased one. This works especially well if you have a hero product.
