Introducing Email Intensive
This is a high-touch email strategy service that takes you from overwhelmed to optimised in just a few weeks.
Pre-Intensive Prep
You’ll complete a detailed business questionnaire while we audit and review your Klaviyo account. Then, we’ll set priorities for the day, including campaign strategy planning, flow building and implementation.
2x 3-hour sessions one week apart
Here’s an example schedule for your Intensive:
Session 1
10 AM: We review your Klaviyo account audit and then tackle the biggest red flags.
11:00 AM: It’s implementation time. I create and refine your forms, flows, segments, and email templates.
12:45 PM: Quick check-in so that you know where I’m at and what to work on before our next session.
Session 2 (one week later)
10 AM: Campaign Planning Session to map out your next 90 days of email campaigns.
11 AM: More implementation. I’ll review what you worked on during the week and start setting stuff live and laying the groundwork for the rest of the updates.
12:45 PM: Final check-in to review what to work on in the next 2 weeks.
I’ll spend a minimum of 3 hours optimising your Klaviyo account including quick wins like improving sign-up forms, refreshing your master template, or building a new flow.
Two weeks of instant messaging support
You’ll implement the updates we discussed, with ongoing guidance, reviews and check-ins via Telegram.

This is for you if:

- You have a paid ads strategy in place (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Your email list is at least 2K in size
- You can set aside at least 4-6 hours per week to implement the recommended optimisations
