Are you making this post-purchase mistake?

Post-purchase flows are all about retention and keeping customers coming back again and again. 

Yet too often, brands send a “thank you” email and then… nothing.

Literally radio silence until the win back flow.

No check-in. No value. No reason to come back until they are so far gone it's time for the "We miss you" email (btw pls get more creative than this).

💌 Checking in everything arrived okay (and preempt any issues before your review request goes out)

💌 Collect a review (either through Klaviyo or 3rd party app)

💌 Build connection by telling the founder story

💌 Encourage them to take the next step, like signing up for loyalty points or finding the next product that compliments what they recently bought

The best bit, you can automate all of this with flows. So while you're busy running your business your emails are quietly keeping customers engaged and ready to buy again.
