When was the last time you checked what's actually in your flows?

You're probably thinking, ummm never? I've done that, I don't need to keep updating them. But the truth is, they might be fine but could they be working better?

If it's been 6 months or more since you looked at your flows and how they're performing, it's time for an audit and a refresh, at least of the creative. Because chances are you have new products to feature. Sometimes it takes an extra set of eyes on your emails to tell you what's probably quite obvious. That's where an audit comes in.

I thought I'd do something different, and do a breakdown of a Welcome flow email I received recently. This is a really good email, but I think it could be better.
